How fresh is the fish when it arrives?

Your fish is sourced on the morning of dispatch, prepared the same day, and delivered the next. From Devon to your kitchen in around 24 hours.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

›

DPD will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour as directed. Our packaging keeps fish below 5°C for up to 48 hours, so a few hours on the doorstep is fine.

How long will my fish last?

›

Each product has a use-by date on the label, typically 4 days from delivery. You can also freeze on the day of arrival and use within three months.

Is there a minimum order?

›

Yes — £20 minimum. UK delivery is £4.95, free over £60.

Do you deliver across the UK?

›

Yes, by next-day DPD across the UK mainland. We're unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Full excluded postcodes are on our delivery page.

Is your fish sustainably sourced?

We work with day boats and trusted British suppliers using lower-impact methods such as line-catching where possible. Packaging is recyclable card with wool liners and reusable ice packs. Our full approach is on the sustainability page.
