A box of fresh salmon portions, individually vacuum-packed and ready for the fridge or freezer. Each portion is approximately 150g, a consistent size that suits weeknight cooking, batch preparation and meal planning alike. Choose from boxes of 12, 20 or 30 portions above to suit the occasion.

Our salmon is sourced from high-welfare farms in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, chosen for their responsible practices and consistently high eating quality. Each portion is prepared to order by our fishmongers, with nothing sitting in stock. The individual vacuum packing makes it straightforward to defrost only what you need.
