Tangy, creamy and with just the right amount of warmth, Potts' Seafood Sauce combines tomato, bourbon and Cajun spices to create a rich accompaniment made for seafood.

Serve alongside prawns or handpicked crabmeat, spoon into a seafood sandwich, or use as a dip for fish goujons. The Cajun seasoning brings gentle warmth from paprika, chilli, cumin and black pepper, while a splash of bourbon adds extra depth without overpowering the seafood.

Made by Potts' using free range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, bourbon and a carefully balanced Cajun spice blend. Each jar contains 180g and is ready to serve straight from the jar.
