Handpicked Dressed Crab offers the finest balance of sweet white claw and leg meat with rich brown meat, prepared and ready to enjoy. Landed fresh at Brixham and cooked in-house, each crab is carefully hand-picked and dressed by our skilled fishmongers. Delivered in perfect condition and never previously frozen.
Why it’s special: Our crabs arrive live to ensure the highest possible freshness. After being cooked and cooled, the meat is hand-picked to maintain texture and flavour. Each dressed crab contains a 50% white and 50% brown meat ratio and is beautifully presented in the shell. Prepared to order for exceptional freshness and presentation.

Is your crab fresh or frozen?
Our dressed crab is always delivered fresh and has never been frozen or pasteurised. We prepare each crab by hand, using only the finest British brown crab meat and white claw meat, packed with care for exceptional quality and taste.
Where is your crab sourced from?
We use only British crab, sourced from local day boats landed in Brixham. All crab is freshly cooked and picked by hand for quality and consistency.
What’s included in a dressed crab?
Each dressed crab includes a generous mix of white and brown meat, carefully cleaned and presented in the shell. Perfect for serving straight away or adding to recipes.
How long will it stay fresh?
Fresh crab is best enjoyed as soon as possible. We recommend eating it within 3 days of delivery for the finest flavour and texture. Alternatively, you can freeze it on the day of delivery to enjoy at a later date.
How is it packed for delivery?
Our white and 50/50 crabmeat is delivered in sealed plastic pots. Dressed crabs arrive vacuum-packed in the shell for freshness — just give them a quick fluff-up with a fork before serving to enhance presentation.
