Product Description

Sweet, fresh and ready to eat, dressed crab is one of the great pleasures of the British coast. Each crab is filled with a generous mix of white meat and brown meat, returned to the shell after preparation. The white meat is clean and delicate, the brown meat rich and deeply flavoured.

Eat it as it comes with good bread and a squeeze of lemon, or use the two meats separately. The white meat suits pasta, salads and light dishes. The brown meat adds depth to sauces, dressings and butters. Together, they make a starter or lunch that needs very little done to it.

Our dressed crab is pot caught on the South West coast and prepared in South Devon. Each crab is cooked and handpicked to order, with nothing sitting in stock. Sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day, always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
