Fresh Fish Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are a simple way to have your favourite fish delivered regularly, with 5% off every subscription delivery.

Choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible product and select how often you’d like your order:

• Every week
• Every 2 weeks
• Every 4 weeks

There’s no long-term commitment, and you can make changes whenever you need to.

How does it work?

Choose the fish or seafood you’d like and select Subscribe & Save on the product page.

At checkout, choose your preferred delivery date as normal. Your future subscription orders will then follow the frequency you selected.

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each upcoming order.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

Yes. You don’t have to receive exactly the same fish every time.

Through your subscription account you can add, remove or swap products, change quantities and change eligible product options before your next order is processed.

Can I change how often I receive my order?

Yes. You can switch between weekly, every 2 weeks and every 4 weeks, subject to the products in your subscription being available on that frequency.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription and resume it when you’re ready.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum number of deliveries.

Will you remind me before the next order?

Yes. We’ll email you 3 days before your next subscription order is due to be processed.

The email includes a Manage Subscription button so you can quickly review your order and make any changes.

Delivery

Our usual £20 minimum order applies.

Subscription delivery is:
£4.95 on orders under £70
FREE on orders of £70 or more

What products can I subscribe to?

Subscriptions are available on most of our regular fresh fish and seafood range.

Some seasonal or frequently changing products may not be available for subscription, including ranges such as our changing monthly fish boxes and Christmas products.
