Product Description
The best of both in one pot. Our 50/50 crabmeat combines equal parts sweet white meat and rich brown meat, giving you the full flavour of a dressed crab without the shell. Clean, fresh and ready to use straight away.
The white meat brings delicacy and texture. The brown meat adds depth and a more pronounced crab flavour. Together they work particularly well stirred through pasta, spread onto toast or used as the base for a sauce or dip. A more complete crab flavour than white meat alone, and more versatile than brown on its own.
Our crabmeat comes from pot caught crabs sourced through Brixham Fish Market on the South West coast. Cooked and handpicked in house by our fishmongers, then prepared to order with nothing sitting in stock. Available in 150g and 500g pots. Sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day, always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
Serve simply on toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon and a little chilli.
