The best of both in one pot. Our 50/50 crabmeat combines equal parts sweet white meat and rich brown meat, giving you the full flavour of a dressed crab without the shell. Clean, fresh and ready to use straight away.
The white meat brings delicacy and texture. The brown meat adds depth and a more pronounced crab flavour. Together they deliver the balanced flavour that makes dressed crab such a favourite, while offering the convenience of ready-picked crabmeat. Perfect for pasta, toast, seafood salads and simple suppers.
Our crabmeat comes from pot caught crabs sourced through Brixham Fish Market on the South West coast. Every crab is cooked and handpicked in house by our fishmongers before being prepared to order, with nothing sitting in stock. Available in 150g and 500g pots. Sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day, always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
Serve simply on toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon, or stir through warm pasta for an effortless seafood supper.
