The Flatfish Box

Four different flatfish types, seven whole fish and plenty of variety for the kitchen. The Flatfish Box brings together Brill, Plaice, Lemon Sole and Dover Sole, accompanied by parsley sauce, béarnaise butter and Fresh & Zesty Sea Salt.

Flatfish are at their best with simple cooking. Pan-fry in butter, roast whole with lemon and herbs, or grill until just cooked through. The parsley sauce is a natural match for the Dover Sole or Plaice, while the béarnaise butter brings a little extra richness to the Brill. Finish simply with a pinch of Fresh & Zesty Sea Salt.

• 1 x 500g-700g Brill
• 2 x 360g Plaice
• 2 x 230g Lemon Sole
• 2 x 250g Dover Sole
• 1 x 250g Parsley Sauce
• 1 x 55g Fresh & Zesty Sea Salt
• 1 x 90g Béarnaise Butter

Choose to have your fish supplied whole, head removed & trimmed, or filleted. Whichever preparation you choose will be applied to all of the fish in the box. Everything is prepared to order by our fishmongers on the morning of dispatch.

Our flatfish are sourced through Brixham Fish Market from landings around the South West coast. Prepared to order with nothing sitting in stock and sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day. Always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze the fish at home if needed.
