  • Award Winning Smokehouse
  • British Seafood

Hot Smoked Salmon is prepared in our award-winning smokehouse, where premium Atlantic salmon is kiln roasted over oak to create a rich, savoury flavour and beautifully flaky texture. Each portion weighs approximately 150g, perfect for one as a main course, and is freshly prepared to order and never previously frozen. Each fillet arrives with a minimum 5-day use-by date and is suitable for home freezing.

Why it’s special: Our salmon is responsibly farmed in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, sourced from respected producers such as Loch Duart. Each fillet is smoked in small batches using traditional methods for a balanced, clean smoke and consistent quality in every piece.

Quality & versatility: With its firm texture and deep oak-smoked flavour, hot smoked salmon is naturally rich in protein and omega-3. Perfect served warm or cold, enjoy it on its own, flaked into salads, stirred through pasta, or as part of a sharing platter.

Serving inspiration: Pair with buttered new potatoes and dill, toss through a creamy linguine, or serve chilled with lemon and crusty bread for a simple but elegant meal.

Also available: Hot Smoked Trout, Fresh Salmon Portions and Flavoured Salmon Portions.
