Rich, flaky and ready to eat straight from the pack, hot smoked salmon is one of the most versatile things you can have in the fridge. Smoked in house over hardwood until fully cooked through, it has a deeper, more robust flavour than cold smoked salmon and a tender, yielding texture that flakes easily.
Eat it as it comes with good bread and a little crème fraîche, flake it through a warm salad or pasta, fold it into scrambled eggs, or use it to top a blini or potato cake. It needs no further cooking and suits both casual lunches and more considered entertaining. The smokiness is present but not overpowering, letting the quality of the salmon come through.
Our hot smoked salmon is made from fresh salmon sourced from high-welfare farms in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, smoked to order in house by our team. With nothing sitting in stock, it is sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day. Always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
Serve simply flaked over a warm salad with horseradish crème fraîche, or alongside scrambled eggs and toasted sourdough.
