1. Access & Account Use
To use our Services, you must be over 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the personal and payment details you provide.
2. Our Products
We take great care to represent our products accurately, but some variations (e.g. colour, cut, or portion size) may occur. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend, discontinue, or restrict sales without notice.
3. Orders
Orders placed via our site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
Our products are perishable and prepared to order. As such, once confirmed, orders cannot usually be cancelled or modified. Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable goods, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This includes fresh fish, shellfish, smoked fish, and any chilled items. See our Returns & Refund Policy for more.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotional offers at any time.
You agree to provide accurate, current billing and delivery information. If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday, and offer both local and nationwide delivery. While we do our best to meet your chosen delivery date, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including images, text, logos, product descriptions, and branding) is the property of Hamiltons Fish or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use this material for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Feedback & Reviews
Any reviews, suggestions or feedback submitted may be used by us for marketing or improvement purposes. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it across our platforms.
