A whole side of smoked salmon, cold-smoked in house over hardwood and sliced to order. Generous enough for a crowd, it is the kind of thing that earns its place at a celebration table or makes a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates good food.
Serve it straight from the side, sliced at the table, with crème fraîche, capers and good bread alongside. Choose to have it sliced sashimi style above for thick, straight-cut portions that are ready to serve straight from the pack. It also gives you the flexibility to portion it as you like, using part for a starter and saving the rest for the following day. The clean, delicate smokiness and silky texture make it as good to look at as it is to eat.
Our smoked salmon is made from fresh salmon sourced from high-welfare farms in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, smoked in house by our team. With nothing sitting in stock, it is sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day. Always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
Serve simply with crème fraîche, capers, a squeeze of lemon and good bread alongside.
