Why it’s special: Each mix is prepared to order by our fishmongers using a combination of diced whitefish, rich Atlantic salmon from trusted high-welfare farms in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, and our award-winning smoked haddock. Choose all three together or opt for a mix of whitefish with smoked haddock, or whitefish with salmon. Always fresh and never previously frozen.
