A well-made fish pie starts with good fish. Our mix is cut and portioned by our fishmongers, ready to go straight into the dish. No prep, no waste, just fresh fish in the right quantities for a proper pie.

Choose your mix above. The classic combination of white fish, salmon and smoked fish gives you depth, colour and a range of textures in every mouthful. White fish and salmon keeps things clean and simple. Smoked fish on its own adds a more pronounced, savoury character. Or go all white fish for a more traditional result. The specific fish used varies depending on what is landed and at its best, so every mix reflects what is in season.

Available in a 300g pack for two portions or a 1kg pack for larger servings and batch cooking. Sourced through Brixham Fish Market and trusted British suppliers, prepared to order by our fishmongers with nothing sitting in stock. Sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day, always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
