Choose your mix above. The classic combination of white fish, salmon and smoked fish gives you depth, colour and a range of textures in every mouthful. White fish and salmon keeps things clean and simple. Smoked fish on its own adds a more pronounced, savoury character. Or go all white fish for a more traditional result. The specific fish used varies depending on what is landed and at its best, so every mix reflects what is in season.

Available in a 300g pack for two portions or a 1kg pack for larger servings and batch cooking.
