I have no complaints about Hamiltons Fish, always arriving fresh, and packed well. However, I do have a gripe with DPD delivery; last delivery was left in outside front door in view of public passing by, despite providing instructions for delivery to be left in back garden with easy access. Arranged delivery for a day when I was going to be in so thankfully retrieved delivery soon after I heard a knock on the main door. This is not the first time I've experienced bad service from DPD...
Your fish is always very good. The skate wing was a bit of a problem as it is big but a very awkward shape to cut into 2 portions. I was able to buy a very small wing elsewhere and hope I can work out how to deal with yours with the other piece. Maybe you can work out something for the future.
