Shopping with Hamiltons is so easy and the fish is great .
The delivery drivers from DPD are not so good. Box left beside gate next to the road, could have been nicked. Nowhere on their website to include delivery instructions or phone number. We always have issues with DPD deliveries.
Beautifully fresh fish, well packaged, only thing that marred our experience was the abysmal delivery by DPD. Can only describe it as dumped outside our apartment building. Had to track it, fetch it and carry it with one (just operated on) arm in a sling. It’s a real shame as it’s put me off buying perishable stuff on line ,and I’m not alone.
Very good company to deal with, fresh fish and great delivery. Have been ordering Hamilton’s fish for several years and have not had any problems.
Excellent service and quality. Also safe as name of courier was provided beforehand.
