Fresh Scallops are a true delicacy of the South West coast, renowned for their sweet flavour and tender texture. Landed fresh through Brixham Fish Market, they are carefully prepared and delivered in perfect condition, never previously frozen. Supplied in 500g tubs, the exact number of scallops will vary depending on size.

Why it’s special: Our scallops are hand-cut from the shell, sourced from trusted divers, trawlers, or dredgers operating in the North East Atlantic. Each scallop is selected for quality and freshness, ensuring the finest eating experience.

Quality & versatility: Naturally sweet and succulent, scallops are ideal for both simple and refined cooking. A 500g tub typically serves 3–4 as a starter or 2–3 as a main, depending on portion size.
