Lemon, capers and dill in a grass-fed British butter. Three ingredients that have always belonged alongside fish, brought together in a pot that is ready to use straight from the fridge. Clean, bright and well balanced, Sublime No. 11 is one of those things that makes a simple piece of fish feel considered.

Melt over Dover sole or plaice straight from the pan, spoon over salmon portions before roasting, use as a finishing butter for scallops, or stir through new potatoes and greens. The lemon gives it acidity, the capers add a quiet saltiness, and the dill keeps it fresh. It works across almost anything from the sea.

Made by Sublime Butter in London using Red Tractor certified cream from high-welfare Jersey cows. A 90g pack goes further than you might expect.
