All of our salmon is delivered fresh, never previously frozen. It is cut to order by our skilled fishmongers and arrives in perfect condition.

Where does your salmon come from?

Our salmon is responsibly farmed in Scotland and the Faroe Islands. This ensures consistent quality, sustainability, and welfare standards.

How is the salmon packaged for delivery?

Each portion or side is vacuum-packed and labelled, then placed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep it chilled during transit.

Can I freeze the salmon?

Yes — our salmon is suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of delivery and use within 3 months. Each pack includes clear storage guidance. We will never send you frozen or defrosted salmon.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes — at checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date. We offer nationwide delivery Wednesday to Saturday and click & collect from our Bovey Tracey site.
