Product Description

A whole salmon side is one of the most useful things you can have in the fridge. Generous enough for a crowd, versatile enough for everything from a simple weeknight supper to a centrepiece worth serving to guests.

Roast whole in the oven with lemon, herbs and a little olive oil for an impressive yet straightforward result, slice into portions for pan-frying, or cure it with salt, sugar and dill for a homemade gravadlax.
