Twenty fresh portions of wild British fish, all landed at Brixham Fish Market and prepared to order by our fishmongers. Five species, four portions of each, chosen daily from what has landed best and is at its peak.
Contents vary with the season and daily landings. Expect a balanced mix of species such as cod, haddock, hake, plaice, monkfish, lemon sole, John Dory, mackerel, red mullet, whiting or pouting. There will always be five different species in each box, giving you real variety across the week. Every portion is prepared to order, with nothing sitting in stock.
At £99.95 for 20 portions, this box works out at around £5 per portion, a genuine saving on buying the same fish individually. Pan-fry the white fish fillets with butter and herbs, grill the oily fish with lemon, or roast the meatier species for something more considered.
