Why it’s special: This luxurious box includes whole unsliced sides of smoked salmon and hot smoked salmon — each weighing approximately 900g to 1.1kg. They’re left whole so you can slice or portion them at home exactly as you like. Each side is freshly prepared in our award-winning smokehouse, while the dressed crabs are cooked and handpicked in-house for unbeatable freshness.

  • 1 x Whole Smoked Salmon Side (900g–1.1kg, Unsliced) – delicately smoked and left whole for you to slice or serve to your preference.
  • 1 x Whole Hot Smoked Salmon Side (900g–1.1kg, Unsliced) – kiln roasted for a rich, flaky texture and deep oak flavour, ready to cut and enjoy.
  • 2 x 400g Handpicked Dressed Crab – a perfect balance of sweet white claw and rich brown meat, cooked fresh and presented in the shell.

Christmas Seafood Boxes are available for delivery in December. Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Will my box be fresh for Christmas Day?

Yes. If you select delivery on or after 21 December, everything will be fresh for Christmas Day. If you choose an earlier date, please freeze items on delivery to keep them perfect.

Can everything be frozen?

Yes. All items in our Christmas Seafood Boxes are suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of delivery and use within 3 months for best quality.

What if my box arrives before 21 December?

Keep chilled below 5°C and freeze items the same day to hold peak freshness. Defrost in the fridge overnight when you are ready to use.

Do products have use-by dates and storage guidance?

Yes. Every item is labelled with a use-by date and clear storage instructions. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
