Fresh Scallops are a true delicacy of the South West coast, renowned for their sweet flavour and tender texture. Landed fresh through Brixham Fish Market, they are carefully prepared and delivered in perfect condition, never previously frozen.

Why it’s special: Our scallops are hand-cut from the shell, sourced from trusted divers, trawlers, or dredgers operating in the North East Atlantic. Each scallop is selected for quality and freshness, ensuring the finest eating experience.

Quality & versatility: With their naturally sweet flavour and succulent texture, scallops are ideal for both simple and refined cooking. They are best enjoyed seared quickly over high heat, caramelising the outside while remaining tender within.
