Product Description
Fresh salmon portions, hand-cut by our fishmongers and finished with a choice of marinades and dry rubs. Good salmon, well seasoned and ready to cook straight from the pack. A straightforward route to a flavourful meal without the prep.
Choose from wet marinades or dry rubs above. The wet marinades keep the flesh moist and work particularly well baked in the oven or cooked in a pan. The dry rubs give a more pronounced crust and suit grilling or roasting at a higher heat. Either way, the salmon does most of the work.
Our salmon is sourced from trusted high-welfare farms in Scotland and the Faroe Islands, chosen for their responsible practices and consistently high eating quality. Hand-prepared by our fishmongers, with nothing sitting in stock, and sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day. Always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
