Is your seafood fresh or frozen?
All of our seafood is 100% fresh — the only exceptions are products like prawns, which are not locally caught and may have been previously frozen. Everything else is sourced fresh and never frozen before delivery.
Where does your fish come from?
The vast majority of our fish is sourced from Brixham Fish Market. Occasionally, we may source from other British ports if availability is limited, or use trusted suppliers for farmed fish — but everything is always top quality and responsibly sourced.
How is the fish packaged for delivery?
Your order is vacuum-packed and labelled, then carefully packed in a recyclable cardboard box with eco-friendly wool insulation and frozen gel packs to keep it chilled during delivery.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes — at checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date. We offer nationwide delivery Wednesday to Saturday, local delivery every Thursday, and click & collect from our Bovey Tracey site.
Can I freeze the fish?
Yes — all of our fresh fish is suitable for freezing at home for up to 3 months. Each product includes clear guidance on the label.
Please note: Prawn products are not be suitable for freezing.
