Twice recognised with gold awards, our naturally smoked haddock is one of the products we are most proud of. Smoked in house over hardwood without artificial colour or dye, it has a clean, deep flavour and a pale, golden appearance that reflects exactly what it is.
The smoking process is gentle and unhurried, allowing the haddock to take on flavour gradually rather than being overwhelmed by it. The result is a fillet with real character. Flake it into a classic Cullen skink, poach gently in milk for kedgeree, bake with cream and a poached egg on top, or use it as the backbone of a fish pie. Reliable, versatile and unmistakably good.
Our smoked haddock is made from fresh haddock sourced from trusted British suppliers, smoked to order in house by our team. With nothing sitting in stock, it is sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day. Always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze it at home if needed.
