At Hamiltons Fish, we’re proud to offer a series of practical, in-person filleting classes right here in Devon. These sessions are designed for home cooks, food lovers, professional chefs and anyone who wants to handle fish with confidence.
Each class is guided by an experienced member of our team and includes fresh fish to work with — which you get to take home afterwards. You’ll learn how to select, prepare and fillet a range of species using professional techniques and traditional skills.
