Hot Smoked Trout is prepared in our award-winning smokehouse, where premium British rainbow trout is gently kiln roasted over oak to create a rich, savoury flavour and delicate, flaky texture. Enjoyed hot or cold, it is freshly prepared to order and never previously frozen.

Why it’s special: Our trout is responsibly farmed in the UK and selected for its outstanding quality. Each fillet is smoked in small batches using traditional kiln roasting methods, ensuring consistent flavour and exceptional freshness.

Quality & versatility: With its tender texture and subtle flavour, hot smoked trout is naturally high in protein and omega-3. It works beautifully in light meals, hearty suppers, or as part of a seafood platter.

Serving inspiration: Flake into salads with horseradish dressing, stir through pasta or risotto, or serve simply with crusty bread, lemon, and a glass of chilled white wine.
