What to Expect

Prepared fresh that morning

Your fish is bought from the Brixham auction and prepared on the morning of your collection day — exactly as we do for our home deliveries.

Labelled with your name

Every order is packed and clearly labelled with your name, so collection is quick and straightforward — no waiting around.

Kept chilled until you arrive

Orders are stored chilled throughout the collection window. Collect early or late in the slot — your fish stays perfectly fresh either way.

Shelf life & freezing

All fish is vacuum packed and date labelled. Typically 3–4 days in the fridge from collection. You can also freeze on the day and use within three months.

Customers can choose between collection from our Bovey Tracey headquarters or our Friday Launceston collection point, where available.

Is your seafood prepared fresh to order?

Yes - most seafood is sourced and prepared specifically for customer orders based on the selected collection date.

We do not hold large quantities of pre-prepared stock, allowing us to offer exceptionally fresh seafood prepared close to collection.

Can you choose your collection day?

Yes - customers choose their preferred collection date and time slot during checkout.

Your seafood will then be prepared and packed ready for collection at the selected time.

How is your seafood packaged for collection?

All seafood is vacuum packed and individually labelled for freshness and convenience.

Orders are packed carefully packed in branded boxes for your journey home.

Can you freeze your fish at home?

Yes - all of our fresh fish is suitable for home freezing.

Products include clear storage guidance on the label. For best results, freeze on the day of collection and use within 3 months.

Do you also offer nationwide delivery?

Yes - alongside Click & Collect, we also offer nationwide seafood delivery across most of mainland UK using DPD tracked delivery services.

Customers can choose their preferred delivery date during checkout, with optional DPD morning and Saturday delivery upgrades also available.
