Sea Bream with Garlic & Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 whole sea bream (approx. 500g), scaled and gutted
- 2–3 garlic cloves, sliced
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
- Score the skin of the sea bream on both sides with a sharp knife.
- Stuff the cavity with slices of garlic, rosemary, and lemon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish in a baking dish or roasting tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, or until the flesh is cooked through and flakes easily.
Serving Suggestion
