  2. Score the skin of the sea bream on both sides with a sharp knife.
  3. Stuff the cavity with slices of garlic, rosemary, and lemon.

  5. Place the fish in a baking dish or roasting tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, or until the flesh is cooked through and flakes easily.
