Smoked Mackerel Fillets – traditionally hot smoked in our award-winning smokehouse for a rich, savoury flavour and beautifully moist texture. Prepared to order and never previously frozen, each pack arrives with a minimum 5-day use-by date.

Why it’s special: Fresh mackerel fillets are lightly cured in salt before being hot smoked over oak, producing a naturally golden finish and deep, distinctive flavour.
