Product Description
A hand-picked selection built around what is at its best in July. A mix of whole fish, fillets, skewers and scallops in the half shell, chosen to give you variety across the week.
Each box contains:
- Wild Bass, enough for two to share: head removed and gutted, ready to cook whole. Roast in the oven with lemon, herbs and olive oil, or grill over a high heat for a charred finish.
- Megrim Sole Fillets, 2 portions: delicate, sweet and quick to cook. Pan-fry gently in butter and serve with capers and a squeeze of lemon.
- Whole Plaice, 2 fish: gutted and ready to roast or grill on the bone. Cook whole with brown butter and fresh herbs for the fullest flavour.
- Salmon Kebab Skewers, 4 skewers: ready to grill or barbecue straight from the pack. Cook over a high flame for a few minutes each side and serve with a herb yoghurt or dressed salad.
- Scallops in the Half Shell, 6 scallops: ready to go straight on the grill. Cook for two to three minutes until just set, then finish with garlic butter or a squeeze of lemon.
