Product Description

Fresh salmon cut into generous chunks and threaded onto skewers, ready to cook. Each pack contains four skewers with four chunks of salmon on each, as pictured. A straightforward option for the barbecue, grill or oven that produces a consistently good result.

Cook over hot coals for a lightly charred finish, grill until just cooked through, or roast in the oven for a softer result. The salmon holds its shape well on the skewer and stays moist under heat, making it one of the more forgiving things to cook this way. Serve alongside salads, roasted vegetables or rice.

For something with a little more bite, try them with our Fresh Chilli Jam. The sweet heat works well with the richness of the salmon.
