Collection: Fish Filleting Classes
Our Fish Filleting Classes offer a hands on introduction to preparing and filleting fresh fish with guidance from our experienced team. These in person sessions are designed for home cooks who want to build confidence, learn new skills and understand how to get the most from whole fish.
Each class covers safe handling, essential knife techniques, different filleting methods and tips on choosing, storing and cooking fresh fish. You will work step by step with one of our fishmongers, with plenty of time to practise and ask questions along the way.
Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience and include everything you need on the day. All fish is provided and you will take home the fillets you prepare.
These sessions are held at our unit in Bovey Tracey and places are limited to keep the teaching focused and enjoyable.
