
Prawns in Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 200g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and black pepper
- Chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook gently for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a pinch of chilli flakes if using. Stir in the parsley and serve immediately.
