At Hamiltons Fish, our aim is a simple one: to deliver fresh seafood from the South West coast straight to your door. Whether you are in Devon or elsewhere in the UK, we prepare your order with care and pack it well, so you can enjoy genuinely fresh fish at home with complete confidence.
Freshness comes first
We do not hold stock. Every fish is hand-selected from the daily auction at Brixham Fish Market, based on what you order and the delivery day you choose. It means your seafood is as fresh as it can be: prepared by hand, vacuum-packed, and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
How it works
- You order online. Browse our full range of fresh fish, seafood boxes, smoked fish and more.
- You choose your delivery day. We deliver Wednesday to Saturday, so pick the date that suits you at checkout.
- We prepare your order. Every item is filleted or portioned to order, vacuum-packed and clearly labelled.
- Delivered to your door. We offer local delivery by our own vans, and nationwide delivery through DPD with tracking and a one-hour time slot.
What makes our delivery different
- Eco-friendly insulated packaging. Our nationwide boxes use recyclable wool liners and frozen gel packs to keep your seafood cold in transit.
- Vacuum-packed freshness. Each fillet or product is sealed to hold in flavour and shelf life.
- Flexible delivery. Choose the day that suits you, and we will deliver it fresh. Free delivery on orders over £60.
- Clear labelling. Everything carries a use-by date and is suitable for freezing unless otherwise stated.
Local and nationwide delivery
If you are local to Bovey Tracey and the surrounding area, your order arrives in one of our chilled vans. For the rest of the UK, we use DPD's next-day service with full tracking and a one-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when your seafood is coming.
Click and Collect is also available from our Bovey Tracey HQ, or from our weekly pop-up in Launceston. Just select your preferred collection option at checkout and we will have everything packed and ready for you.
