Product Description
Twenty portions across five categories of fresh British fish, built to cover a full week of varied cooking. White fish, flat fish, salmon, smoked fish and fish pie mix, all freshly prepared to order and never previously frozen.
Each box contains four portions of white fish (haddock, pollack, cod, hake or whiting depending on availability), four flat fish portions (lemon sole, plaice or dabs), four responsibly farmed salmon portions, four smoked fish portions (smoked haddock, cod, pollack or hake), and four portions of our fish pie mix. The specific species within each category reflects what has landed well and is at its best on the day.
Pan-fry the white fish or flat fish fillets with butter and herbs, roast the salmon with lemon and olive oil, use the fish pie mix for a classic pie, and fold the smoked fish through a chowder or kedgeree. A well-stocked week of fish, without the planning.
