A hand-selected box of British seafood, built around what is best on the day. Sixteen portions of wild and farmed fish and shellfish, freshly prepared to order and chosen to reflect the season and what has landed well at Brixham Fish Market and trusted British suppliers.
Contents vary with the season and daily landings, which is what makes each box a true reflection of British seafood at its best. You might find wild cod, plaice, lemon sole, hake or scallops alongside responsibly farmed salmon, trout or rope-grown mussels. On occasion, locally caught British prawns may also be included. Every portion is prepared to order by our fishmongers, with nothing sitting in stock.
Across sixteen portions there is plenty of variety to cook with across the week. Pan-fry the white fish fillets, roast the salmon, steam the mussels, and sear the scallops. The box does the planning for you. Sent out fresh on your chosen delivery day, always fresh and never previously frozen, so you can freeze portions at home if needed.
