Product Description
Sixteen portions of fresh British white fish, selected daily from what has landed best at Brixham Fish Market. Clean, mild and versatile, white fish is the backbone of British home cooking and this box gives you a generous supply of it.
Contents vary with the season and daily landings. You might find cod, haddock, hake, pollack, whiting, pout or ling, or a mix across the sixteen portions. There will always be at least two different species in each box, and often more. Each reflects what is freshest and at its best on the day. All portions are prepared to order by our fishmongers, with nothing sitting in stock.
Pan-fry with butter and herbs for a quick supper, bake with lemon and olive oil for something lighter, fold into a classic fish pie, or use as the base for a curry or chowder. White fish suits almost any treatment and keeps well in the freezer, making this box as practical as it is good value.
