The Salmon is vacuum-packed, clearly labelled, and kept chilled in eco-friendly insulated packaging with frozen gel packs. Your order will arrive in perfect condition, ready for the fridge or freezer.

Can I freeze the salmon?

Absolutely. Our salmon is delivered fresh and suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of arrival and using within 3 months for the best quality.

I have been trying to get seafood, in particular crab, delivered fresh for a very long time. All suppliers deliver pre-frozen products sold legally as fresh. Having spent a lot of my childhood on the south coast I know the vast difference in flavour between the two. When the delivery arrived I was absolutely delighted with the dressed crab and crab meat pots. The entire order was top quality (plaice, sardines, bass). I cannot recommend Hamiltons enough and will be using them on a regular basis from now.
