All of our fish is delivered fresh, never frozen. It’s vacuum-packed on the day of dispatch and arrives in peak condition — ready to cook, chill, or freeze at home.

Where is this fish farmed?

Our farmed seabass and seabream come from leading farms in Greece and Turkey, where they are raised in open-water pens under strict European aquaculture standards.

How is the fish packaged for delivery?

We vacuum-pack and label each item, then pack your order in a recyclable cardboard box with eco-friendly wool insulation and frozen gel packs to keep it chilled during transit.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes — during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery day. We offer nationwide delivery Wednesday to Saturday, local delivery every Thursday, and Click & Collect from our Bovey Tracey HQ.

Is it suitable for freezing?

I have been trying to get seafood, in particular crab, delivered fresh for a very long time. All suppliers deliver pre-frozen products sold legally as fresh. Having spent a lot of my childhood on the south coast I know the vast difference in flavour between the two. When the delivery arrived I was absolutely delighted with the dressed crab and crab meat pots. The entire order was top quality (plaice, sardines, bass). I cannot recommend Hamiltons enough and will be using them on a regular basis from now.
