
Crab Linguine with a Zesty Twist

Ingredients
- 200g linguine
- 150g handpicked white crab meat
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a cup of the cooking water before draining.
- In a large pan, gently heat the olive oil and cook the garlic and chilli for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the crab meat, lemon zest and juice. Stir gently to warm through without breaking up the crab.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with a splash of reserved water to loosen the sauce. Toss everything together.
- Season to taste and finish with chopped herbs before serving.
