Freshness & Quality

We select high-quality mackerel fillets, hand-sprinkle them with crushed chilli flakes, and smoke them over oak in small batches. Each fillet is vacuum packed and delivered fresh — never previously frozen.

Enjoy cold with a sharp salad or flaked into pasta or couscous. Also excellent warmed through and served with rice, roasted veg, or a yoghurt and herb dressing to balance the heat.

Storage & Freezing

Delivered fresh and ready to eat. Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days of delivery. Suitable for freezing — freeze on the day of arrival and use within 3 months.
